Hiring for Leverage Finance role for Investment Banking team.

Location - Gurgaon / Pune / Bangalore

Role & responsibilities

Supporting our clients on multiple projects on research and Analytics related to Leveraged and Acquisition Finance

Supporting our clients on multiple projects on Leveraged and Acquisition Financing transactions
This job requires working closely with clients to prepare sensitivity & covenant analysis, Credit Committee presentation deck, information memorandum and detailed cash flow models.
Building financial models for companies including historical operating & financial metrics projections with detailed revenue drivers and cost assumptions, capital structure analysis, debt amortization schedules, de-leveraging potential based on forecasted free cash flows, sensitivity analysis, leveraged buyout analysis.
Undertaking credit diligence and preparing query list for clients to address any concerns in historical financials / provide rationale future projections.
Understanding term sheets.
Work on other ad-hoc tasks like company overview, relative valuations, presentation formatting / designing, newsletters etc.
It would involve engaging clients independently on calls and e-mails.

Preferred candidate profile

Post-Graduation in Finance or equiv. qualification (CFA, MBA (finance), CA or equiv.)

Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial services space, understanding of the lending process is helpful

Excellent written and spoken communication skills with experience in Client handling

Should be able to work independently with minimal guidance

Should be well versed with MS Office suite specially Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point

Working knowledge of databases such as Capital IQ, FactSet, Thomson, etc.
