Enterprise Storage Support Specialist

Desired Competencies (Technical / Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

• Managing and administering large-scale storage systems - Manage and maintain enterprise storage infrastructure, including Dell EMC and Pure Storage, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
• Continuously monitor storage systems for performance, availability, and security issues, and resolve incidents and problems.
• Provide storage resources by provisioning, performing LUN expansions, and managing configurations.
• Implement and maintain data protection strategies, such as replication, snapshots, and backups - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills

1 Providing 24x7 supports to customer environment

2 Responsible for Alert Management, Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management

3 Monitoring troubleshoot and resolve P1,P2,P3 and P4 incident tickets

4 Assisting Users located in USA, coordinating with different vendors
