Job description
  • Contract Drafting & Review :
  • Prepare, review, and revise commercial contracts including vendor agreements, service contracts, NDAs, MoUs, and IT, Digital agreements.
  • Negotiation Support :
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties to negotiate contract terms that protect the company’s interests.
  • Contract Lifecycle Management :
  • Maintain a centralized contract repository, track key milestones (renewals, expiries, obligations), and ensure timely execution and compliance.
  • Risk Assessment & Mitigation :
  • Identify potential legal risks in contracts and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Compliance & Governance :
  • Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Coordination :
  • Work closely with procurement, finance, operations, and business teams to align contract terms with operational needs.
  • Template & Process Optimization :
  • Develop and maintain standard contract templates and improve contract management processes for efficiency and consistency.
  • Reporting & Documentation :
  • Generate periodic reports on contract status, risks, and performance metrics for senior management.
