Roles & Responsibilities – Management Trainee (Sales)
- Learn and understand the company’s products, services, and sales processes.
- Support the sales team in lead generation, prospecting, and client outreach.
- Assist in preparing sales pitches, presentations, and proposals for potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target customers.
- Follow up with leads, maintain client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and customer support) to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
- Track and report daily sales activities, performance metrics, and progress toward targets.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to enhance product and sales knowledge.
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve conversion rates and revenue growth.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
