Job Role :

As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that Salesforce-based applications meet the highest quality standards. Your focus will be on minimizing quality costs while maximizing customer satisfaction by adhering to established procedures and processes.

You will identify, raise, and resolve quality issues promptly to prevent any impact on customers and support the introduction of new product features ensuring robust builds. Working mostly independently, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices emphasizing defect prevention.

Key Responsibilities :

• Test, certify, and ensure the quality of Salesforce-based applications.
• Develop and automate functional, regression, and smoke tests using internal and open-source tools.
• Manage test case creation, test data management, automatic bug capture, and measurement of test progress.
• Define test specifications for functional and integration testing.
• Collaborate closely with DevOps teams to support continuous integration, build, and deployment processes.
• Report on test coverage and participate in troubleshooting efforts.
• Conduct manual testing for new features pending automation, including Black Box and White Box testing.
• Create and maintain comprehensive test plans as product functionality expands.
