We are scaling across India and seeking a dynamic Franchise Marketing & Sales Executive to drive franchise growth, investor engagement, and lead generation for new studio territories.
Role Overview
The Franchise Marketing & Sales Executive will be responsible for generating high-quality franchise enquiries, managing investor pipelines, coordinating marketing campaigns, and converting qualified leads into franchise sign-ups. This role requires strong communication, marketing skills, sales closing ability, and a clear understanding of BeatBox’s brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities 1. Franchise Lead Generation & Sales
Drive inbound & outbound franchise sales.Generate high-quality leads across Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune & Tier-1 markets.Handle franchise enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, DMs, and landing pages.Conduct discovery calls, explain BeatBox business model, investment structure, ROI, and franchise benefits.Manage the CRM pipeline (HubSpot) and ensure timely follow-ups.Schedule franchise presentations, studio visits, and virtual demos.Convert qualified leads into franchise agreements & fee collections.2. Marketing Campaign Execution
Plan and run franchise-focused digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn).Coordinate with designers to create franchise brochures, decks, videos, and reels.Optimize lead generation ads to reduce CPL and improve lead quality.Track performance daily and report insights.Increase brand visibility among investors, HNIs, corporate executives, and entrepreneurs.3. Investor Relationship Management
Build professional relationships with serious franchise prospects.Present territory plans, investment breakdown, and expected revenue models.Maintain tight communication with potential franchisees until closure.Support franchise onboarding, documentation, and agreements.4. Market Research & Strategy
Identify potential new franchise territories across India.Analyze competitor brands, local demand, and market trends.Suggest campaigns, events, seminars, and investor meet-ups.5. Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with BeatBox Founders & Operations team.Maintain daily & weekly sales reports.Ensure all marketing content matches BeatBox’s luxury minimal brand tone.Required Skills & Competencies
Strong sales communication and persuasion ability.Experience in franchise sales, real estate, gyms, retail, or hospitality (preferred).Good understanding of digital marketing & lead generation.High follow-up discipline and CRM usage.Fluency in English, Hindi & Telugu is an advantage.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.Salary & Benefits
