Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-Commerce Expert (Amazon FBA) located in Mohali district. The E-Commerce Expert will be responsible for managing Amazon FBA operations, including product listings, inventory management, and analyzing sales performance. They will handle customer service inquiries, optimize product listings for better visibility, and maintain effective communication with customers and team members. Additionally, the role involves monitoring market trends and competitors to inform sales strategies.

We are looking for an Amazon Listing Specialist with 1-2 years of proven experience in creating, optimizing, and managing Amazon product listings. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, keyword research, SEO, and listing compliance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities :

Create, update, and optimize Amazon product listings (titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, images, A+ Content).

Conduct keyword research and apply best SEO practices for product visibility.

Ensure all listings meet Amazon policies and compliance requirements.

Monitor listing performance and make adjustments to improve conversions.

Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, operations) for listing enhancements.

Troubleshoot listing issues and work with Amazon Seller Support when needed.

Requirements :

1-2 years of hands-on experience in Amazon product listing creation and optimization.

Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and marketplace best practices.

Familiarity with keyword research tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.).

Excellent written English skills for crafting engaging and clear product copy.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings / projects.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) :

Experience with flat file uploads and bulk listing management.

Knowledge of EBC / A; Content creation.

Familiarity with Photoshop or Canva for image edits.
