Sales Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Communication in English, both verbal and written for internal and external coordination.

2. Handle day-to-day coordination with Production, Stores, and Design teams to ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects.

3. Follow up with customers for all pending actions such as approvals, Purchase Orders, drawings, payments etc.

4. Should be proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, web meetings via Zoom / MS Teams / Google Meet.

5. Work independently with a self-driven approach. Minimal supervision and no spoon-feeding.

Candidate Profile / Eligibility

1. No specific educational qualification is mandatory, provided the candidate is capable of handling the above responsibilities effectively.

2. Engineering background will be preferred, however non-technical candidates with strong coordination and communication skills can also be considered.

Qualification:

Diploma Engineering

Salary - Rs 3 Lakhs / Annum
