About the Role
As a Project Manager on our dedicated team focused on automating processes within a client's finance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets all client expectations. You'll be responsible for managing the CloudHire internal team (Business Analyst, VBA Developer, RPA Developer) and overseeing the project execution from kick-off to deployment.
Requirements
Responsibilities :
- Partner with the Engagement Manager to ensure clear project goals, timelines, and expectations are established with the client.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Manage the CloudHire internal team, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between CloudHire and the client's teams.
- Manage project risks and proactively develop solutions to mitigate potential roadblocks.
- Monitor project progress against the plan and identify any deviations requiring corrective action.
- Track project budget and resource utilization.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to CloudHire leadership and client stakeholders.
- Document project decisions, milestones, and critical information.
- Manage project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and technical specifications.
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure a smooth transition to the new automated processes.
- Ensure all project deliverables are completed to a high standard and meet the client's requirements.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Must have experience with NotionMinimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the IT or consulting industry.Proven experience in managing complex projects from initiation to completion.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.Proficient in Microsoft Project or similar project management tools.Experience with cloud-based collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Asana) is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Benefits
