About The Role

We are hiring fresh graduates who are passionate about starting their careers in global business operations. As a Process Associate Trainee , you will undergo structured training in multiple domains, including US Payroll, Tax, Finance & Accounting (F&A), Benefits, and Underwriting Sales Support .

This role offers excellent learning opportunities, exposure to international business processes, and a chance to grow within a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and support end-to-end processes in US Payroll, Taxation, F&A, Benefits, and Underwriting Sales Support.
• Perform data entry, validation, and analysis with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and maintain reports and documentation using MS Excel and Word.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure process clarity.
• Participate in training sessions and demonstrate progress in assigned process areas.
• Adhere to company policies, confidentiality standards, and quality guidelines.
