About the Role
We're looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Executive to join our dynamic EdTech team at NextGen E-Learning Hub. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving student enrollment by identifying potential leads, engaging with prospects, and nurturing them into active learners on our platform.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and generate qualified leads through various online and offline sources.
Reach out to potential learners via calls, emails, and social media platforms.
Maintain and update the lead database regularly with accurate details.
Understand the company's course offerings to effectively pitch and match them to student needs.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to convert leads into enrollments.
Track lead generation metrics and report performance on a daily / weekly basis.
Handle inquiries promptly and ensure a smooth onboarding process for learners.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred : Marketing, Business, or Communication).
0–2 years of experience in lead generation or inside sales (EdTech experience preferred).
Strong communication and persuasive skills in English (Tamil / Hindi is a plus).
Passion for the education and training industry.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Additional Advantage
Prior experience in EdTech lead generation will be a great plus.
