Key Responsibilities Oversee paid media strategy across core channels including search, social, and programmatic
Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to plan and execute cross-channel campaigns
Analyze audience behavior and develop full-funnel acquisition strategies
Manage campaigns to maximize ROAS, customer LTV, and acquisition efficiency
Coordinate creative delivery, messaging, and brand alignment for paid campaigns
Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize toward efficiency and scale
Build structured testing frameworks across channels and funnel stages
Prepare insightful reporting and strategic recommendations based on performance trends
Ensure smooth communication between creative, e-commerce, and media teams
Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience managing paid media or digital advertising for retail, lifestyle, or consumer brands
Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic channels, and e-commerce metrics
Ability to translate business goals into data-driven performance strategies
Familiarity with measurement frameworks including CAC, ROAS, AOV, and LTV
Strong communication, organization, and accountability in remote workflows
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities without compromising quality
A customer-centric mindset with appreciation for brand integrity and heritage
Preferred Experience Experience with omnichannel retail or footwear / apparel brands
Knowledge of GA4, analytics platforms, and attribution tracking
Background in global campaign execution and scaling paid media across regions
Understanding of content-driven and visually elevated marketing strategies
