Job Title :  Finance Assistant

Location :  Spanish Caribbean (MGM Muthu Hotels)

Salary :  ₹50,000 per month

Position Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated  Finance Assistant  to support the Finance Department in day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, a keen eye for accuracy, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and supporting documentation.
• Support the monthly closing process and preparation of financial statements.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor petty cash transactions.
• Assist with budget preparation, cost control, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers for financial matters.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Finance Manager and team.
