We’re hiring for Creative Designer Head

Location : Founder’s Office – Noida | Type : Full-time | Urgent Hiring

Salary : 7LPA to 8.5LPA (Fixed)

About Effora

Effora is a fast-growing premium D2C brand in personal care (beauty, wellness, fitness). We’re looking for a Creative Designer Head who can bring visual art to life with timeless, impactful design.

Responsibilities

Design static creatives, 2D & 3D motion videos, website UI, and video edits.
Lead brand identity across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with marketing & product teams for campaigns.
Ensure premium aesthetics aligned with D2C standards.

Requirements

4–5 years of experience in D2C premium / lifestyle brands.

Strong portfolio in design, motion, UI, and video editing.

Mastery of tools : Adobe Creative Suite, Figma / Adobe XD, After Effects, Premiere Pro (Cinema4D / Blender is a plus).

Ability to blend creativity with functionality and brand storytelling.
