About the Role
Responsible for project management for Digital projects in IT.
Single point of ownership for delivering projects for Non-Sales LOB- Manufacturing, Accounts / finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse management.
Responsibilities
- Running regular checks on Digital systems of the company and driving adoption of the systems with the users.
- Identifying gaps and acting on opportunities to improve and update Digital applications by interacting with business stakeholders.
- Developing and implementing best practice guides for the organisation for Digital application usage.
- Designing training programs and workshops for users and ensuring smooth access of Digital applications.
- Ensure digital application delivery with optimum cost, timely delivery, and highest quality as per business requirement.
- Ensuring availability of the digital application by coordinating with IT infrastructure team and vendor teams.
- Overseeing and determining timeframes for Digital applications including system updates, upgrades, integrations, migrations, and outages.
- Managing and reporting on allocation on various digital projects / applications.
- Identifying opportunities for team training and technical skills advancement.
- Ensuring 100% SLA adherence to all the tickets raised.
- Strive for customer satisfaction for Digital projects delivery.
