Assistant Manager - IT (Digital)

About the Role

Responsible for project management for Digital projects in IT.

Single point of ownership for delivering projects for Non-Sales LOB- Manufacturing, Accounts / finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse management.

Responsibilities

• Running regular checks on Digital systems of the company and driving adoption of the systems with the users.
• Identifying gaps and acting on opportunities to improve and update Digital applications by interacting with business stakeholders.
• Developing and implementing best practice guides for the organisation for Digital application usage.
• Designing training programs and workshops for users and ensuring smooth access of Digital applications.
• Ensure digital application delivery with optimum cost, timely delivery, and highest quality as per business requirement.
• Ensuring availability of the digital application by coordinating with IT infrastructure team and vendor teams.
• Overseeing and determining timeframes for Digital applications including system updates, upgrades, integrations, migrations, and outages.
• Managing and reporting on allocation on various digital projects / applications.
• Identifying opportunities for team training and technical skills advancement.
• Ensuring 100% SLA adherence to all the tickets raised.
• Strive for customer satisfaction for Digital projects delivery.
