About the Role :
We're looking for a client-focused professional to manage SEO & Paid Media accounts, drive campaign performance, and ensure strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Manage SEO & Paid Media campaign execution with internal teams.
- Track, analyze & report campaign performance (traffic, CPC, ROAS, conversions, rankings).
- Build client relationships and identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities.
- Deliver presentations & insights during client review meetings.
- 2–4 years of experience in Client Servicing / Account Management (digital marketing agency background preferred).
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads & performance marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation & client management skills.
- Analytical mindset with knowledge of Google Analytics, Data Studio, MS Excel & PPT.
