Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for Retail store designing in various states and cities in India.
• Store planning in consideration of local byelaws of various authorities.
• Fit out / Fitment store planning at large and mid-scale.
• Coordination with BD team for Land acquisition, Coordination with Legal and commercials
• experience in designing, concept working of layouts, large scale projects, working drawings, presentations, documentation work etc.
• Site visits at regular intervals to minimize errors to introduce new elements in consideration of store operations. Coordination with site engineers and contractors.
• Excellent in design and presentation skills.
• Good in identifying and addressing architectural challenges.
• Development of design from preliminary sketch.
• Working Drawings and Detailing.
• Good understanding of building services and coordination.
• Versatile in using design software such as Auto Cad, Proficiency in 3D software would be an advantage.
• Able to prepare architectural reports and documents.
