AutoGrow Services is hiring a Sales Closer to convert warm leads into paying customers using our proven high-conversion frameworks and pitch decks. You’ll play a key role in helping businesses grow through our cutting-edge marketing and automation services.

What You’ll Do Handle inbound leads and follow-up from calendar bookings, WhatsApp, and CRM

Understand the prospect’s business, pain points, and potential goals

Deliver tailored sales pitches using our Framework and discovery process

Convert leads into clients by aligning solutions with their business goals

Maintain CRM records, follow-up loops, and proposal communication

Coordinate with Account Managers for seamless onboarding post-closure

✅ Must-Have Skills Excellent spoken & written communication (English + Hindi + Gujarati preferred)

Confident, friendly, and empathetic listener

Ability to understand business needs and think strategically

Obsession with learning & improving sales techniques

Self-motivated with strong follow-up discipline

Nice-to-Have Experience in sales, customer success, or digital services (even internships!)

Familiarity with CRMs like ZOHO, HubSpot, etc.

Knowledge of marketing terms (ads, funnels, landing pages) is a bonus
