About Musicland 2026
Musicland 2026 is set to be India’s most electrifying music festival — a cultural explosion of sound, lights, and experiences. Featuring global headliners, top Indian artists, and immersive stage productions, Musicland 2026 aims to redefine live entertainment and become the heartbeat of youth culture in India.
We are seeking a strategic, creative, and hands-on Marketing Head to lead the festival’s full-scale marketing, communication, and audience acquisition strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & Execute the Marketing Strategy for Musicland 2026 — from pre-launch buzz to post-event engagement.
- Oversee brand positioning, media planning, social media, influencer tie-ups, PR, and digital campaigns across all platforms.
- Design a powerful go-to-market plan that builds hype, drives ticket sales, and maximizes audience engagement.
- Lead content creation, storytelling, and visual branding in collaboration with creative and production teams.
- Drive partnerships with digital platforms, OTTs, radio, media houses, and youth brands for cross-promotions.
- Manage marketing budgets, performance metrics, and campaign analytics to ensure high ROI.
- Supervise on-ground branding, experiential zones, and brand activations during the event.
- Coordinate closely with Sponsorship, PR, and Artist Management teams for unified brand communication.
- Lead a team of digital marketers, designers, and agency partners to execute large-scale campaigns.
Requirements
4–6 years of experience in event marketing, entertainment, youth marketing, or brand management .Strong knowledge of digital and performance marketing , social media trends, and audience engagement tactics.Proven success in driving ticket sales, audience growth, or large-scale brand campaigns .Excellent leadership, communication, and creative strategy skills.Experience managing teams, agencies, and large marketing budgets.Passion for music, pop culture, and live events is a must.Perks
