Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 2+ years of experience in estimation and / or sales, preferably in HVAC or MEP. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC equipment, and technical terms . Good communication, documentation and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs. Knowledge of ASHRAE / IS standards . Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
We are looking for a results-driven Technical Sales Engineer to support our sales team by preparing accurate project estimates and proposals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for HVAC / MEP projects.
- Perform estimation of equipment, and labor costs based on project requirements and provide technical consultations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams for project handovers and execution.
- Follow up on submitted bids and sales opportunities.
