Accounts Manager

Job Summary :

The Accounts Manager will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support the company’s export business by managing accounts receivable, payable, and banking transactions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Prepare export invoices, packing lists, and coordinate with banks for LC (Letter of Credit), export bills, and realization of payments.
• Monitor buyer payments and follow up for timely collections.
• Manage vendor payments and ensure cost controls are in place.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.).
• Maintain costing sheets for orders and analyze profit margins.
• Support management in budgeting and financial forecasting.
