Job Summary : We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations, and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally / Tally Prime , strong knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to manage vendor payments, reconciliations, and returns efficiently..

Key Responsibilities : Manage day-to-day accounting operations in Tally / Tally Prime .

Record and verify all journal entries, purchase, and sales transactions .

Handle GST filings , TDS calculations , and ensure timely submission of returns.

Prepare and maintain E-way bills and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial data.

Manage vendor payments and coordinate with vendors for invoices and statements.

Monitor bank transactions , fund transfers, and payment postings.

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports .

Support audit processes and maintain proper documentation for accounting records.

Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and internal policies.

Key Skills & Competencies : Tally / Tally Prime (mandatory)

GST , TDS , E-way Bill , Return Filing

Bookkeeping and Journal Entry Posting

Bank Reconciliation and Bank Transactions

Vendor Payment Management

Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable / Receivable

Good understanding of Purchase & Return processes

Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting principles

Attention to detail and time management skills
