Role Overview

As a Junior .NET Developer , you will play a key role in developing, testing, and maintaining applications built on Microsoft technologies. This position is ideal for candidates with 3–5 years of hands-on experience who want to sharpen their skills, work in a collaborative environment, and contribute to innovative global fintech solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior engineers, project managers, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  • Develop, test, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET.
  • Implement and integrate RESTful APIs, JSON, and database queries for backend services.
  • Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing applications for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Participate in code reviews and adopt best coding practices.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation for developed features and processes.
  • Actively participate in Agile / Scrum meetings, providing updates and input on assigned tasks.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in .NET development.
  • Strong understanding of .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, and Entity Framework.
  • Experience working with SQL Server or other relational databases.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and basic web services integration.
  • Experience using Git and working within Agile development environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a growth mindset.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Experience with React.js or similar JavaScript frameworks.
  • Exposure to Azure or other cloud platforms.
  • Basic understanding of unit testing, debugging, and CI / CD pipelines.
  • Awareness of DevOps practices.
