Location – India (Hybrid – Bangalore)

Level - Senior

We are seeking a

Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM)

to own the execution of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives spanning

Engineering, Product, Sales, Support, Compliance, and Technical Customer Success (TCSMs).

This is a

customer-facing and internally strategic role

— you will ensure the smooth delivery of our intelligent AI solutions from scope definition to launch, driving alignment across technical teams, client stakeholders, and compliance standards. You will be the connective tissue between product design, technical execution, and business outcomes, ensuring programs are delivered with speed, safety, and customer delight.

What You’ll Do –

Program Delivery :

Own end-to-end program execution, including customer-facing AI / IVA solution implementations across multiple products and phases.

Cross-Functional Leadership :

Collaborate with Product on roadmap alignment, partner with Sales & TCSMs on adoption, coordinate with Support & Compliance to ensure secure and compliant delivery.

Stakeholder Management :

Act as a bridge between customer stakeholders and internal teams; manage expectations, alignment, and communication plans.

Program Discipline :

Apply risk management, change management, and scope management best practices to keep programs predictable and successful.

Execution Excellence :

Drive technical projects through architecture reviews, sprint planning, milestone tracking, and post-launch retrospectives.

Risk & Compliance :

Oversee approved actions and workarounds to mitigate risks; ensure adherence to security, PII protection, and audit requirements.

Global Collaboration :

Work effectively with offshore teams, global stakeholders, and across time zones.

Continuous Improvement :

Define KPIs, reporting dashboards, and metrics for project success; streamline processes and automate wherever possible.

Customer Advocacy : Guide customers towards standard best practices in AI and banking, while balancing customization needs.

Mentorship & Leadership :

Coach project team members, instill accountability, and motivate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver with urgency.

What You’ll Bring

7–10 years of

program management experience , with a strong

technical background

(engineering, architecture, or development)

Proven experience managing

end-to-end delivery of at least 3 complex, multi-phase projects

Familiarity with

AI and enterprise platforms ; experience in the

banking / fintech domain

preferred

Strong understanding of

engineering processes

(Agile, DevOps, SDLC) and ability to engage deeply with Product Managers and Engineers on technical challenges

Demonstrated success working with

offshore and global teams

in distributed setups

Hands-on experience with project management tools (JIRA, Smartsheet, Asana, etc.)

Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred

Experience defining and tracking

program KPIs and metrics

Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage executives, customers, and engineers effectively

Analytical, detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving ability
