Responsibilities and Duties :
- Intake tool - Managing the queue according to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Sign – Submitting contracts for e-signature according to defined policies and procedures
- Store - Uploading contracts to the appropriate repository according to defined procedures
- Manage
- Preparing ad hoc reports per request from business clients and LCA GCO
- Updating meta data in contract repository per request from business clients
- Searching for information in the tools
- Process Support
- Responding to process questions
- Responding to questions about corporate contracting policy and requirements
- Responding to questions about the status of the contracts in the process
- Fielding tool questions and responding or routing / escalating according to defined procedures
Required Skills / Abilities :
Basic technical ability to learn and work on Contract Management ToolsGood knowledge of Word, Excel and Power PointAttention to detailsGood Communication skills – Oral and WrittenAbility to be trained to handle client calls on TeamsReady to work in all shiftsEducation and Experience :
Graduate0-2 years’ experience of data abstraction, legal database management, contract abstraction, administration, reviewing, drafting and management reporting etc.
