About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Lifecycle Marketing Intern who has some exposure to customer engagement or retention campaigns and is eager to learn. You’ll support our team in building lifecycle strategies for our clients across industries — starting with WhatsApp marketing and later expanding into email, SMS, and other channels .
This is a learning-focused role where you’ll get hands-on experience in designing customer journeys for brands across sectors (fashion, lifestyle, real estate, apps, and more), helping them drive more results like revenue from existing user base.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing lifecycle campaigns on WhatsApp (with future scope across email / SMS).
- Support in drafting engaging, brand-aligned communication for newsletters, automated triggers, and customer journeys.
- Learn to set up behavior-based automations (cart abandonment, onboarding, purchase follow-up, win-back, app re-engagement, etc.).
- Research and suggest lifecycle opportunities to improve customer retention and engagement.
- Collaborate with strategy teams to identify where and how customer details can be collected.
- Track campaign results and prepare simple performance reports.
What We’re Looking For
