𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 :

Proven experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment processes

Strong understanding of job categories, rate cards, and hiring models (W2, C2C, 1099)

Excellent sourcing, communication, and negotiation skills
