Self-motivated, ability to pick things up quickly. Proactive problem solvingManage SAP maintenance and support for multiple clients in a shared support environment, ensuring adherence to SLAs and timely resolution of incidents.

• Lead cross-functional teams comprising client stakeholders, SAP functional consultants, and AMS team members in different geographies.
• Review client requirements and collaborate with SAP functional consultants to prioritize enhancements and develop detailed work plans.
• Collaborate with the AMS team lead and the shared support coordinator to ensure adherence to defined support and delivery procedures.
• Establish and maintain a relationship with clients, handling escalations and ensuring timely and effective communication.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and the accuracy of incident resolutions.
• Develop, track, and manage project performance, budget, and timelines.
• Provide regular updates to management on project progress and risks, including preparing dashboards and status reports.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and revenue growth and collaborate with other service lines.
