Position Overview :

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at F22 Labs, you'll get hands-on experience in attracting top talent, coordinating interviews, and supporting the entire recruitment lifecycle. You'll work closely with our HR team and hiring managers to source, engage, and assess candidates, helping us build an all-star team for our high-impact projects. Key Responsibilities :
Assist in sourcing candidates for a variety of roles, using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
Help coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Maintain candidate records and keep recruitment pipelines organized.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve our recruitment strategies and processes.
Support the HR team with any ad-hoc recruitment and administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Requirements :
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
A passion for recruitment and helping people find their dream jobs.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
