About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Consultant Nephrologist (DM / DrNB) to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team in Faridabad (Delhi NCR region). The incumbent will be responsible for providing specialized medical care in the diagnosis, management, and treatment of patients with kidney-related disorders, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert consultation and management for patients with acute and chronic kidney diseases.

Oversee and manage dialysis services — both hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.

Evaluate patients for kidney transplantation and provide pre- and post-transplant care.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including urologists, intensivists, and transplant surgeons.

Supervise junior doctors, residents, and nursing staff involved in nephrology services.

Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental meetings.

Contribute to research, continuing medical education (CME), and academic activities as required.

Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, infection control, and ethical standards of medical practice.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential : DM / DrNB (Nephrology) from a recognized institution (MCI / NMC approved).

Preferred Experience : Minimum 0–5 years of post-DM experience (Fresh DM / DrNB candidates may also apply).

Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or State Medical Council.

Proven clinical expertise in managing dialysis, CKD, AKI, hypertension, and renal transplant cases.
