Job descriptionUnderstanding & leading the end-to-end tender & bid process management with complete tender evaluation, including tender procurement process, tender document referral & assessment, opportunity identification, qualification, and proposal submission for government tenders.- Developing and executing bid documentation.- Coordinating with various teams, including sales & technical, to ensure all aspects of a bid are addressed.- Managing bidding budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure on-time and high-quality proposal submissions.- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate bid documentation, including bid files, records of communication, and pricing information.- Participating in tender & bid submissions.- Prepare all bid documents related to the tender on a timely basis.- Coordinate with all relevant parties to get the relevant documents ready for bid submission.- Ensuring compliance with client requirements.- Monitoring and evaluating bid submissions.- Coordination for any revised bidding process, if required, in case of rejection or revision.- Develop compelling and persuasive bid content, including executive summaries, value propositions, pricing models, and technical responses.Qualifications : - Bachelor’s degree.- 3-5 years of experience as a bid manager, proposal manager, or a similar role, preferably in India, in the government vertical.- Experience in managing bids for complex projects or large-scale contracts.- Knowledge of government procurement processes and regulations.- Demonstrated success in winning bids through effective proposal management.- Proficiency in using bid management software and MS Office.- Attention to detail and high accuracy in bid preparation and review.- Familiarity with government procurement processes and industry-specific bid requirements (if applicable).- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various levels.
