Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct regular quality checks on construction materials, workmanship, and site processes.
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures as per project specifications, IS codes, and company standards.
• Inspect RCC work, block work, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, electrical & plumbing installations.
• Track non-conformities and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Coordinate with the site engineering team, contractors, and vendors for quality compliance.
• Maintain quality documentation , test reports, checklists, and audit records.
• Verify and approve material test certificates , cube test reports, and third-party lab test results.
• Conduct site audits and prepare QC inspection reports.
• Monitor workmanship to ensure timely completion with zero rework.
• Assist in maintaining safety and quality standards across all project sites.
