This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist, based in Chennai. The Human Resources Specialist will manage and implement HR policies, oversee employee benefits, and handle personnel management. The role includes ensuring compliance with regulations, addressing employee concerns, supporting recruitment processes, and fostering a positive workplace environment. Additionally, the individual will deliver new employee onboarding programs and collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Skills in Personnel Management and employee engagement
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
