⚙️ What You’ll Do

  • Maintain & improve backend services powering customer portals and field apps
  • Build APIs, manage databases, and deploy on cloud (AWS preferred)
  • Debug, optimize, and ensure reliability at scale
  • Support internal tools & automation for operations and CX teams
  • Write clean, maintainable code — and make it a little better every day
  • Learn and grow alongside experienced engineers who truly care about craft

👀 What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years experience building backend systems using Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI)
  • Hands-on with SQL and REST APIs
  • Basic knowledge of AWS / Docker / Linux (or eagerness to learn fast)
  • Ownership mindset — you care about uptime, performance, and real users
  • Curiosity to understand the full system — from devices to dashboards
  • Comfortable working from our Mumbai office with a collaborative, close-knit team
