Key Responsibilities :
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, Salesforce developers, and project teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and system functionality.
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and user stories; define acceptance criteria using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Configure Salesforce features, including workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation rules, to support business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage end-to-end Salesforce projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Perform functional testing, UAT coordination, and validation of Salesforce features, integrations, and enhancements.
- Support Salesforce configuration, data management, and integrations to maintain platform accuracy and reliability.
- Track project progress, manage deliverables, and prepare periodic status updates for internal and client stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation, user guides, and process flows for all implemented Salesforce solutions.
- Participate in change management and training initiatives to help end-users adopt new Salesforce functionalities.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps and recommending system enhancements.
Technical & Functional Skills :
Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Lightning, and Sales / Service Cloud functionalities.Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and business process analysis.Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile / Scrum project delivery.Ability to configure Salesforce workflows, reports, dashboards, and validation rules.Knowledge of Apex triggers, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs (preferred but not mandatory).Familiarity with UAT processes, defect management, and test case documentation.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools.Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.35 years of experience as a Business Analyst with hands-on Salesforce exposure.Experience in the Lending, Loans, or Financial Services domain preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and stakeholder interactions.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.Title : Salesforce Business Analyst
