Job Title : Operations & Brand Intern – Yuvastree (Magestic Creations Pvt Ltd)

Role Description

This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship with Magestic Creations Pvt Ltd, where the selected candidate will be working for our handbag brand Yuvastree, based in Mumbai. The internship provides exposure to both operations and brand-building. Key responsibilities include :

Managing daily operations such as order processing, stock keeping, and deliveries

Monitoring product samples and assisting in product development

Conducting trend research to support design and marketing initiatives

Managing sourcing of raw materials and coordinating with vendors (domestic and international)

Coordinating with factories and suppliers to ensure smooth production timelines

Supporting social media, brand imaging, and content creation for campaigns and digital assets

Assisting in customer relations and ensuring high-quality service

Adapting to a fast-paced environment, solving problems, and thinking on your feet

Qualifications

Strong organizational and operational management skills

Interest in fashion trends, product research, and brand development

Ability to work with vendors, suppliers, and factories (domestic and international)

Creativity and basic understanding of brand aesthetics, social media, and content creation

Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Suite (especially Excel / Sheets)

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion Management, Design, Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields

Location : On-site, Mumbai

Duration : 3–6 months (with possibility of full-time conversion based on performance)
