Job descriptionSupport collection and documentation of technical requirements. Ensure accurate recordingof stakeholder inputsfor project plans. Prepare and updateproject documentation such as : Network diagrams System architecture diagrams SOPs and runbooks Maintain version controland ensure compliance with documentation standards. Act as a point of contact for project updates. Facilitate communication betweentechnical teams and stakeholders. Prepare presentations and reports for internal reviews. Assist in ensuringadherence to internalstandards and frameworks (ITIL, COBIT). Help organize documentation for audits and compliance checks. Strong organizational and multitasking skills Attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively across teams Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or relatedfield (preferred) 4-6 years of experience in project coordination or administration Familiarity with IT infrastructure concepts (servers, networking, cloud) Proficiency in documentation and collaboration tools (MS Project, Visio, Confluence) Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) Knowledge of IT governance frameworks (ITIL basics is a plus)
