Make An Impact

We are seeking a Manager- Data Analytics to join our Analytics team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for building intuitive, high-performance dashboards and data products using Tableau, Looker, SQL, and Python. You will collaborate with global business partners to understand their needs, build scalable analytics solutions, and ensure data integrity and performance across platforms. This is a high-impact role for someone who is passionate about data storytelling, visualization best practices, and enabling a data-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop interactive dashboards in Tableau and Looker to deliver clear, actionable insights.
  • Manage and mentor the team for Data Analytics - BI team.
  • Connect visualization tools to multiple data sources, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
  • Improve performance and responsiveness of reports handling large datasets.
  • Create and maintain efficient data pipelines and transformation logic using SQL and Python.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
  • Implement robust validation checks to ensure data completeness and quality.
  • Educate and support users in leveraging dashboards and BI tools for self-service analytics.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and tools in data visualization and analytics.

Required Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or related fields as a lead.
  • Expertise in Tableau Desktop and Server (charts, blending, LOD calculations, performance tuning).
  • Strong experience with Google Looker Studio.
  • Advanced SQL skills and a solid understanding of relational database principles.
  • Familiarity with ETL / ELT tools, data engineering workflows, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira.
  • Team-oriented, collaborative approach with a focus on delivery.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Certifications in Tableau and / or Looker.
  • Exposure to retail analytics and performance KPIs.
  • Working knowledge of Python or R for scripting and data manipulation.
