Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketing Sales Representative located in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include contacting potential clients via phone to promote and sell mattress tapes, following up on leads, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks also include responding to customer inquiries, maintaining customer databases, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Phone Etiquette skills
• Sales and Communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience in a telemarketing or customer service role or sales role is beneficial
• Knows more than one regional language
