Ai Analyst – Business Process & Development Specification

Position : AI Analyst

Experience : 8 to 10 years

Location : WTC, Pune

Notice Period : 0 to 30 days

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze and document retail business processes (sales, merchandising, inventory, supply chain, and customer service) to identify AI and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand challenges, and define success metrics.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories for AI development teams.
• Partner with data scientists and developers to design and validate AI models aligned with retail objectives.
• Support implementation of AI solutions such as demand forecasting, product recommendations, and customer behavior analysis.
• Leverage LLMs and Generative AI for use cases such as automated insights, report generation, customer interaction, and content personalization.
• Monitor AI performance, analyze results, and suggest process or model improvements.
• Maintain thorough documentation of AI initiatives, workflows, and results.
• Stay updated on emerging AI, generative, and retail technology trends.
