Sr. Mern Stack

Key Responsibilities :

 Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.

 Build reusable components and front-end libraries for scalable applications.

 Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.

 Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.

 Collaborate with UI / UX designers, product managers, and other developers.

 Work with databases (MongoDB) including schema design, queries, and performance tuning.

 Ensure security and data protection best practices in all applications.

 Debug and troubleshoot issues across the stack.

 Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.

Required Skills :

 Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).

 Hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.

 Proficient with MongoDB and data modeling.

 Experience with REST APIs and JSON-based communication .

 Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and responsive design principles .

 Knowledge of version control systems (Git / GitHub).

 Understanding of deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar) is a plus.

 Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :

 Experience with Next.js or React Native.

 Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes.

 Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines.

 Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodology.

Education & Experience :

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

 4 to 7 years.
