Role Overview
We are looking for young, passionate chefs with 1–2 years of experience in professional kitchens,(college graduates for appretices)particularly in tandoor, North Indian, and South Indian cooking. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes specializing in tandoor, North Indian, and South Indian cuisines.
- Assist in menu execution while maintaining authentic taste and consistency.
- Ensure hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness at all times.
- Support senior chefs in daily operations and prep work.
- Contribute ideas for menu development and improvements.
