Job descriptionMentor junior developers and lead by example on code quality and architectural Write clean, modular Node.js code and design for scalability and reusability Have worked with LLMs (OpenAI or open-source) Understand prompt engineering, chunking strategies, RAG logic, and context Are comfortable with databases like MongoDB , PostgreSQL , and RESTful APIs Think product-first and enjoy working in fast-moving, high-ownership Experience with LangChain.js , LLM orchestration frameworks , or prompt- based workflows Previous exposure to insurance , fintech , or document-heavy products Hands-on with AWS / GCP , Docker , CI / CD pipelines , and distributed Interest in event-driven architecture using WebSockets , SSE , or message

What You’ll Work On :
- Architect and build scalable backend systems using Node.js , Express.js , and modern JavaScript / TypeScript
- Design and implement RAG pipelines , vector database integrations, and prompt-driven APIs
- Extract, compare, and generate insights from unstructured insurance documents (PDFs, contracts, tables)
- Build AI-powered microservices that drive real-time UI experiences
