Brand Development Strategist

We’re hiring a Creative Strategist at Hustle Culture 👟

If you live and breathe D2C marketing, this role is your playground.

We’re looking for someone who can think big, plan sharp, and execute with precision.

What you’ll do :

• Build and execute marketing plans for a fast-growing D2C brand
• Plan and manage shoots end-to-end
• Hire and manage creators, stylists, and collaborators
• Work with (and hire) graphic designers to bring ideas to life
• Manage brand reputation and ensure consistent communication across all platforms

Bonus : A genuine interest in sneakers, streetwear, or culture will set you apart.

📍 Full-time, in-office role (Monday to Saturday, half-day on Saturdays)

🗓️ Joining : December 2025 or January 2026

💰 CTC : ₹3.6L per annum, with potential to grow 1.5x–2x within 6 months based on capability
