We are seeking an experienced Head of Commercial operations for CAR T cell therapy to be a strategic partner to business in leading the end-to-end operations cell therapies like CAR T cell therapy.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial operations for CAR T cell therapy journey and a team of dynamic zonal operations co-ordinators
- Establish certification and documentation for patient case management and maintain the materials repository at the treatment site to support smooth CAR-T administration
- Lead and drive the in house tech platforms to orchestrate the cell therapy journey
- Lead the end-to-end co-ordination and logistics of CAR T to ensure a seamless vein-to-vein journey
- Partner with the tech team to build a robust process flow and champion the SOP implementation
- Collaborate with manufacturing and logistics partners to orchestrate the manufacturing, transport, storage, and other supply chain aspects
- Set processes to distribute the patient and site materials, including educational content, coverage assistance resources, and staff training tools
- Work with cross functional teams to report site-related deviations, product-specific challenges, and adverse patient outcomes for resolution
- Set up systems and serve as the primary contact for physicians and site for escalations related to adverse events or complaint resolution
- Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate performance data and proactively identify optimization needs to improve operational efficiencies
Educational qualification- Graduation in Science with MBA / Post graduate degree in Management
Minimum work Experience- 15-18 years of Commercial operations experience (Preferably in Pharma / Med device / Health tech / Supply chain / Oncology space)
