Job Title : HR Manager - North Region (Delhi, UP, Uttarakhand, Noida).

Department : People & Culture.

Location : Delhi / NCR (with travel across UP & Uttarakhand as required).

Experience : 8-15 Years in HR (Automotive / Retail / Multi-branch preferred).

Reports To : Head - Human Resources / Regional HR Head.

Role Overview :

• The HR Manager - North Region will lead end-to-end HR operations across the Delhi, UP, Uttarakhand, and Noida branches.
• This role is responsible for overseeing Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compliance, HR Operations, and Employee Engagement for the region.
• The position demands strong leadership capability, stakeholder management, and hands-on execution in a fast-growing multi-location business environment.
