Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Acquisition : Secure new clients in IT, finance, healthcare, and engineering sectors.
  • Lead Generation : Build and manage a client pipeline through networking, research, and referrals.
  • Relationship Building : Maintain strong ties with HR, hiring managers, and department heads.
  • Sales Strategy Development : Collaborate on sales strategies to increase market share.
  • Proposal Development : Prepare and present customized proposals to clients.
  • Negotiation & Closing : Lead contract negotiations and close deals aligning with company goals.
  • Market Analysis : Research industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaboration : Work with recruitment and delivery teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Reporting & Forecasting : Track leads, conversion rates, and client satisfaction for data-driven decisions.

Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
  • Experience : 2-8 years in business development, sales, or client acquisition in staffing / recruitment.
  • Knowledge : Understanding of temporary, permanent, and contract staffing.
  • Skills : Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Tools : Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
  • Other : Ability to work independently and in teams, willingness to travel.
