Non-Negotiable skills :

User-Centric Testing a deep understanding of the end-user needs and pain

points to validate that the product meets business and customer expectations.

Create, update, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated test

scripts.

Perform both manual and automated testing for complex projects to ensure

high product quality.

Working knowledge on Power BI features and functionalities and SQL.

Work closely with Product Manager, Program Manager, and Developers to

provide technical analysis of defects.

Good to Have :

Strong knowledge of test methodologies, including structural testing,

functional testing, integration testing, performance testing, acceptance testing,

and system testing.

Hands-on experience in test automation and building testing frameworks is

required.

Proficiency in at least one programming language : Java, JavaScript, C / C++,

or Python.

Expertise in Selenium for UI automation.

Ability to write comprehensive test plans for end-to-end workflows.

Ability to work independently in an agile development environment.

Preferred : Experience with SQL, Power BI, and Power Apps.
