Senior MERN Developer (29 / 10 / 2025)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior MERN Developer who’s deeply hands-on and thrives in fast-paced, multi-project environments — someone who can architect, code, and mentor in equal measure. You’ll work across multiple client projects (web apps, streaming platforms, dashboards, etc.) and lead a small team of 3–4 engineers, ensuring delivery excellence and technical quality across the stack.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of multiple projects simultaneously — from architecture to deployment.
• Write clean, modular, and high-performance code across Node.js, Express, React / Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Manage and mentor a small team of engineers (3–4), conducting code reviews and guiding technical direction.
• Collaborate with UI / UX, DevOps, and project management teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Contribute to technical architecture, CI / CD setup, and cloud deployments (AWS / Vercel / Render / Cloudflare).
• Work on reusable libraries and components for internal and client products.
• Participate in sprint planning, client calls, and internal reviews — owning accountability for deliverables.
• Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and integration issues across backend and frontend.
