Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and support of Kronos modules : Timekeeper, Advanced Scheduling, Accruals, Leave Management, and Attendance.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Develop and manage WIM (Workforce Integration Manager) interfaces for data exchange.
• Perform SQL-based reporting, data extraction, and cleansing.
• Integrate Kronos with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft) and third-party applications.
• Strong understanding of pay rules, scheduling logic, accrual policies, and compliance workflows.
• Proficiency in SQL, WIM, Visual Studio, and integration tools.
